Return and Exchange Policy 1. The return and exchange policy includes all LaVuila products in the online store except for products that have been engraved or wrapped. 2. To benefit from the exchange, return, and warranty services, the receipt received from the company's representative or the data on the order must be presented. 3. The item can be exchanged or returned if it is in its original condition at the time of purchase and wrapped in the original packaging. 4. Returns are accepted within 7 days and exchanges within 7 days from the date of receipt. 5. The consumer bears the costs associated with the return. Cases where exchange or return will not be accepted 1. When the exchange or return request is submitted after the specified time of one day from the date of receipt. 2. When the product has been used or is not in the same condition as when received. 3. Products that have been tampered with or had their serial numbers removed. 4. Products without the original packaging. 5. If the product has been opened, it is not entitled to be exchanged or returned. 6. Care products are not exchanged or returned.
